Free Admission and Parking! We simply ask that you purchase a pumpkin to support the operation of the Patch.

Parking:

Free parking is available in the parking lot between the Municipal bldg. and the Fire Station. Additional parking is available in the grass lot at the corner of Universal City Blvd and Eldorado. Entrance to the grass lot is off Eldorado.

Sunday, October 16th from 6pm-8pm

$20 per person (21 and up only)

Enjoy a relaxing night in the Pumpkin Patch with wine, craft beer, and live music featuring Zach Carney. Admission includes 4 tickets (good for 4 samples or 2 glasses), fruit and cheese cup, and a pumpkin from the patch to paint.

The Grate Flow of Foods booth will be open to purchase food. Menu includes Brisket Sandwich, Fries, Street Tacos, Nachos, and Funnel Cakes.

PAINTED PUMPKINS

Saturday, October 22 from 6pm-8pm

Kids are invited to dress in costume and go trick or treating from trunk to trunk. Don't forget to bring your cameras, trick or treat bags, and flashlights!
Community business and organizations are invited to participate at no charge.

VOLUNTEERS

We are so excited to have you join us at the Pumpkin Patch. Our Patch has great opportunities for volunteers of all ages. Please read carefully before signing up.

Pumpkin Truck Unloading and Sorting:

The 1st Great Pumpkin Truck will arrive the morning of Wednesday, October 5th.

If you would like to help us prepare the pumpkin patch, this is the place for you! Your group can help with moving pumpkins and hay, decorating the patch or even putting together the displays.

  • Groups/families are invited to sign-up for a slot to come and help place the pumpkins on the pallets in their designated areas.
  • Please wear closed toe shoes and bring work gloves if possible.
  • Please wear a mask or face covering when social distancing is not possible.
  • Volunteers are welcome to bring wagon or cart to help move the pumpkins. We will have a few available.

Patch Volunteers:

  • Sign up here to volunteer at the Pumpkin Patch. Duties can include cashier, moving pumpkins, greeting visitors, help carry pumpkins to customers cars, monitor lines for activities, etc.
  • Pick-up could consist of moving pumpkins, pallets, and looking for rotted pumpkins to throw away. (If you ever wanted to do some pumpkin chunkin', this is the place to be.)
  • If your group would like to volunteer for times not available, please email events@uctx.gov.
