Craft Vendors - $20 Donation to Parks Partners
Vendors are invited to set-up a booth at the Pumpkin Patch for the Fall Fair event on Saturday, October 13 from 2 PM-6 PM only. Booth space is a 10x10 area on the field. There will not be any electricity. Vendor will need to supply everything they need to setup including tables, chairs, and canopy. In the event of bad weather, the fall fair will be canceled and donation is non-refundable. Space is limited.

This event is a fall favorite of all ages and always draws a large crowd. Put your business or organization’s name on the stage! We will even be showing each round via Facebook Live on the City of Universal City Facebook Page. Please email Regina Carmona at Events@uctx.gov if you are interested.
KIDS DAY: Saturday, October 20 from 2 PM-6 PM
Trunk or Treat at 4:00 PM- Free to Participate
Trunk or Treat is a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience for kids. Businesses and local organizations are encouraged to decorate a vehicle trunk and hand out candy. There is no fee to sign-up for a parking spot but you are responsible to bring your own vehicle, decorations, and candy. Vehicles can begin setting up at 1:00 PM and must be ready for trick or treaters by 3:45 PM. Your trunk can be simple or “go all out” but it must be decorated. Need ideas, just Google Trunk or Treat. You can hand out anything you like from your area as long as you bring candy/treats for the kids. Please expect 600 trunk or treaters. Space is limited.

Family Fun Fright Night: Saturday, October 27 @ 2 PM
Costume and Mascot Parade at 5:30 PM - Free to Particpate
Before the movie begins, we will host a costume parade and your business/school mascot is invited be a part of it. If you company does not have a mascot but would like to bring a costume character that would be ok as well. The character escorts are encouraged to hand out candy and you are welcome to promote your business as well. Mascots should prepare to be at the pumpkin patch in costume by 5 PM.
We are so excited to have you join us at the Pumpkin Patch. Businesses and organizations are welcome to volunteer during any day of operation. Although you many not set up a booth, your group is welcome to come wearing shirts/name tags to promote your group’s name/company.
We will need 2 types of volunteers: The Pumpkin Unloading Team and Patch Volunteers.
Pumpkin Unloading Team will help on Wednesday, October 3 starting at 4PM until we are done. This team will help unload the pumpkins from the delivery truck. It will be a lot of fun but we need as many hands as possible. Drinks and pizza will be provided after we are done.
Patch Volunteers will help from 11:00AM-7:00PM beginning on October 6 through Oct 31. These volunteers will assist families in the patch, assist with activities, clean up the area, and turn pumpkins. This is a great opportunity for students and families to volunteer.
Kids under the age of 16 are welcome with adult supervision
